- Let the telephone answer
- Press 2
- Press 1
- Enter full social security number and press #
- Press 2
- Choose from the following options:
- Press 1 to order refills
- Press 2 to check on prescriptions already ordered
- Enter prescription number and press #
Please order your prescription at least 14 days before you run out
If you need an immediate supply of maintenance medication, please call Telephone Care:

- Let the Telephone Answer
- Press 2
- Press 2 to speak with a pharmacy employee
- Let the pharmacy employee know that you need an immediate supply of maintenance medication.
