“GOT SHEP?” Campaign

You may receive a Survey of Healthcare Experience of Patients (SHEP) in the mail. Please take the time to complete it and return it so we may continue to improve the services here at the Memphis VA Medical Center.
VA Memphis Customer Service launched the “GOT SHEP?” campaign, which is all about raising awareness to all Veterans and their family members about the importance of SHEP and the role each Veteran play in the level of health care they receive at VA Memphis. The SHEP survey is a primary mechanism that allows each “Veterans’ Voice To Be Heard.” The information obtained from the SHEP survey is used to improve access to healthcare and provide insights on improvement opportunities to enhance the quality of care and experiences for the Veterans we serve.
